Killer T Cells operating in a mission.

Killer T Division is one of the immune forces in the body that is made out of T cells. They are white blood cells that are adaptive to the situation. In a human body, roughly less than 30% are T cells.

They follow orders from other T cells, namely Helper T Cell and Regulatory T Cell, and live in lymphocyte ducts that exist within the lymphatic system. They specialize in terminating infected cells, but not bacteria, and are only dispatched when there is a demand for their assistance.

Nature[]

They have the tendency to be loud, rude and rambunctious, though still have an innate nature to care for the body. Like other immune cells, non-immune cells tend to distance themselves from them due to their violent lifestyles. Killer T cells seem to have a code of not being involved with other cells as it will make their jobs of terminating infected cells harder (as expressed by Killer T Cell).

As immature thymocytes, they are raised and trained in the thymus gland, it is said that only 2% of the trainees last long enough to become matured T cells. Here, their ability to distinguish between normal and infected cells are tested. They are trained by Dendritic Cells, Macrophages and Monocytes.

They are Naive T cells until they encounter their first virus, or until they are activated by outside help, which allows them to be an Effector T Cell for a short period of time against a specific enemy. As Killer T Cells, any member may play the role of a Memory T Cell if they have encountered the same strand of pathogen before.

Uniform[]

All Killer T cells wear the same uniform. They wear black buttoned shirts with two front pockets and black pants along with a belt. They also wear black shoes and a cap with "KILL" printed on it. When a Killer T cell becomes a memory T cell during an invasion, the cap will be switched into another cap with "MEMORY" to avoid confusion between the two cells. Naive T cells also shares the same uniform but they wear caps with "NAIVE" instead.
