She serves as a teacher and caretaker to the platelets.

She is a tall woman with long hair who wears a baseball hat, a t-shirt, a sweater, and shorts. She is shown carrying a baby cell on her chest.
Personality
Megakaryocyte is somewhat of a harsh commander to the platelets. She criticizes them and bribes them with medals to get them to accomplish a difficult task. However, it shows that she cares about them when she encourages and rewards them after a success.
